DeRhenum Jump Hour Watches – Warranty and Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

• All DeRhenum Jump Hour watches are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase, provided the watch is used under normal conditions.

2. Scope of Warranty

• This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that arise during the warranty period. DeRhenum Watches will repair or replace, at its discretion, any components that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use.

3. Warranty Exclusions

• The warranty does not cover:
  • Any damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
  • Damage caused by water exposure, as DeRhenum Jump Hour watches are not water-resistant.
  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, or abuse, including but not limited to visible impact damage (e.g., a broken balance shaft).
  • Normal wear and tear, including degradation of the watch strap.
  • Any cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or changes in the color of the watch or strap.

4. Return and Repair Process

• If your watch exhibits defects within the warranty period, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact DeRhenum Watches customer service (info@derhenum.com) to obtain a return authorization number.
  2. Package the watch securely and include a copy of the purchase receipt, along with the RMA number.
  3. Ship the watch to DeRhenum Watches at your expense. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
  4. Upon receipt, DeRhenum Watches will inspect the watch to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
  5. If the defect is covered, the watch will be repaired or replaced, and DeRhenum Watches will cover the return shipping costs. If the defect is not covered, you will be contacted with a repair estimate.

5. Limitation of Liability

• DeRhenum Watches' liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the watch as provided herein. DeRhenum Watches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the watch.

6. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the purchase was made. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country.

7. Consumer Rights

• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
